The plan for Schuyler Park called for 50 percent passive and 50 percent active recreation opportunities. There is an open, contiguous play area with multi-sport fields. The design of the park also provided active recreation areas, including a basketball court, playground, Picnic Areas as well as a Multi-Use Pavilion with bathrooms. The Park today is used for a variety of sports, including Soccer, football, lacrosse, sofball, baseball, etc. The field design is flexible in their layout and designed to allow park officials to transform it's use for many different uses.
Park Management

One member from each town must be a Town Council member. The Committee meets on the last Tuesday of every other month at 7:30 pm at the Saratoga Town Hall, 12 Spring Street, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
